- Why: Organizational meeting for FCA tennis
A few months ago I met a gentleman named Taylor Stewart. He is one of the FCA ministers
assigned to Georgia Tech. The Lord had opened a door for him though FCA to branch
out into a new ministry which was sport specific to Tennis.
It will be a ministry targeted to tennis players and tennis teams at all levels.
This is a new program with Atlanta and Birmingham being the first "test markets"
for this new concept.
I want you to meet Taylor, hear how this has all come about and give your ideas
and input how we can make this a true way of using our gift and love of tennis to
get the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ out to a lost world.
Some of you may be like me, love tennis, not sure why or how we got into it on the
grand scale of things, and have been looking for a way to minister to this group.
The tennis community offers some special challenges not found in other outreaches.
We need your help. Please come and bring a friend if possible. We have 50 seats.
